Classes cost £8.00 per session and are payable in termly blocks.

Advanced (Shibashi Set 2)
Suitable for people with a good grasp of set 1
Mondays 7:50pm - 8:50pm and Thursdays 10:30am - 11:30am
Absolute beginners Qigong
Suitable for people with little or no experience
Suitable for all ages and levels of physical ability
Can be practiced seated if required
Mondays 6.45pm - 7.45pm and Thursdays 09:25am - 10.25am
Advancing (Shibashi Set 1)
Suitable for anyone with a basic experience in Qigong
The Witham boasts a lively cafe to share a coffee, cake and or brunch with other class members after the session.

Set1 intensive: Three hours per morning from 30th March to 3rd April 2026 at the Hub Barnard Castle £120
Private tuition from £50.00 per hour
